MMS receive Great Place To Work certification

We’re proud to announce that McMillian Shakespeare has been certified as a Great Place To Work.  

Our people completed the GPTW Trust Index survey, which focused on five key areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. It was incredibly pleasing to have 655 employees complete the survey, which is over double the number required for eligibility.  

73% of MMS employees say that we are a great place to work, which outperforms the average of 56% at a typical Australian company.

Research conducted by Great Place To Work indicates that job seekers are significantly more likely to find a great boss in certified workplaces. Employees at these workplaces are generally more enthusiastic about coming to work and are more likely to feel fairly compensated and have equitable opportunities for promotion.
