As a Customer Care Consultant in our contact centre, you will champion our value of Customer Always, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all your interactions.  You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly, helping with inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining technical information in a simple manner. 

These roles provide an entry point into the Financial Services industry.  Our contact centre continues to be the launching pad for many people to move into more specialised roles and grow their careers.  We will provide you with all the tools and the training that you need to succeed.

What’s your contribution?

  • A strong customer service focus
  • Recent experience working in Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality
  • You enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries and can provide simple explanations to complex issues
  • Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Solid experience learning and using new systems
