Our latest Corporate Governance Statement was approved by the Board on 28 August 2025. This statement discloses MMS’s compliance with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s 'Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations' (4th edition) for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
