2023 Code of Conduct

This code provides guidelines on ethical issues and expected standards of behaviour while employed by or engaged in contract for services with McMillan Shakespeare Limited (MMS) or any of its subsidiaries. It is a set of principles giving direction and reflects the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) approach to business conduct.
