Established in 1989, MMS blazed a trail for salary packaging in Australia, and we have grown from a small family business to the ASX-listed house of brands we are today. Our collective purpose is to make a difference to people’s lives; our vision, to be a trusted partner that provides solutions in making matters simple. We believe in being better together – putting people first and working together to always pursue better.

You'll do well if you're naturally curious, a self-starter, resourceful, and if you love working with data and insights.  And if you have all this, you’ll be in good company.

Also, we like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex challenges. And as an internal partner in a business that prides itself on great relationships, we know what it means to put our customers first.
