This well-established role sits in the B2B inhouse marketing team that looks after multiple brands within the financial services industry. This role is responsible for one line of business/brand and is ideal for a marketer who thrives on variety, accountability, a fast pace, has a high attention to detail, is highly process and outcome driven and has a sharp and balanced customer/client and commercial focus.

If you are an experienced B2B marketer who is passionate about making a tangible impact in market and with internal stakeholders and has a continuous improvement lens coupled with the ability to adapt with ease to a rapidly changing internal and external environment, this role will be ideal to help progress your marketing career.

You will be a key contributor to the strategic planning and responsible for the execution of B2B activity that spans acquisition and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop the marketing strategy for the Interleasing Business, including target setting and the execution of a marketing program and campaign calendar of activities in line with commercial objectives.
  • Develop, execute and maintain program and campaign plans on time and budget.
  • Oversee program and campaign execution across all channels including, but not limited to social, web, email, paid media and event activation.
  • Apply insights, learning and critical thinking to the development and delivery of various B2B marketing initiatives, including but not limited to content development and go to market planning.
  • Manage, coordinate and create digital assets to support B2B marketing activities, communications and campaigns/programs.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and launch of projects and products as required by looking after all aspects of project delivery, from defining requirements, prioritisation, briefing, stakeholder engagement and planning timelines to completion and ROI reporting.
  • Deliver insightful, actionable, data-based post implementation reviews.
  • Liaise with internal and external designers and copywriters on the delivery of various projects.
  • Partner with external agencies to develop compelling content, creative and media campaigns across all channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and create objectives to be achieved through the application of B2B marketing strategies (i.e., generate leads and increase brand awareness).
  • Manage, coordinate and oversee the production of developments and enhancements to the Interleasing websites.
  • Liaise with internal and external development teams and squads to ensure timely delivery of website projects and enhancements/optimisations, including where relevant, drive the effective use of digital and website optimisation tools.
  • Effectively engage internal stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process.
  • Manage the administration of the Asset Management B2B marketing budget.
  • Manage compliance and approval sign offs.
