Helene Gordon

• Position: Chief People Officer

Helene joined MMS in October 2022 to lead the People and Property teams. In May 2023, her remit expanded to include Corporate Communications, Government Relations and Sustainability, reflecting their close alignment with People & Culture. A commercially focused and results-driven leader, Helene brings extensive experience across national and global organisations in industries including SaaS, financial services, retail, telecommunications and property. Prior to joining MMS, she was Chief People Officer at Thryv Australia (formerly Sensis Pty Ltd). Helene is passionate about the role people play in shaping culture, driving performance and delivering better outcomes for customers. She holds a Bachelor of Business (HR & Marketing) from Monash University, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI).
