Adam Morrison

Adam joined MMS as part of the Interleasing acquisition in 2010, bringing with him a strong finance background that began at GE Commercial Finance in 1998. Since then, he has built extensive experience across the Asset Management business, holding a range of leadership roles before being appointed Group Executive, Asset Management (Australia & New Zealand) in July 2018. Over his tenure, Adam has played a key role in driving commercial value across pricing, client acquisition, customer experience, procurement, operations and risk management. He led the creation of Interleasing’s first Principal & Agents Agreement and was instrumental in developing new funding solutions for the Group, including rent-to-purchase and the FlexiPoint lease alternatives. He has also overseen the establishment and ongoing management of JustHonk Used Cars, where he serves as Dealer Principal. Adam was appointed to Chief Operations Officer in July 2026.
