Verity joined MMS in June 2023, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to this, she served as CEO of BOQ Finance, where she led significant growth and transformation across the business. An agile and forward-thinking executive, Verity has a strong track record of building highly engaged teams, shaping lean operating models, and navigating complex risk environments while delivering sustained growth. Her career spans leadership roles across ASX200 and global blue-chip organisations, where she has consistently delivered outcomes that benefit shareholders, customers, employees and the broader community. Verity holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and has completed the McKinsey & Company Australia and New Zealand Executive Leadership Program.
