Mr Moore is a Non-Executive Director of RACQ Limited, Helia Group Limited and Spaceship Capital Limited. He has extensive financial services experience both domestically and globally across finance, banking, wealth management and financial technology.

Mr Moore was previously CEO of Spaceship Financial Services, leading this investment and superannuation business from a fintech start-up through rapid growth into a technology led consumer platform acquired by a global investment company. Prior to this, Mr Moore's executive career involved various senior executive roles at Westpac, St. George Bank and GE Capital.

Mr Moore is considered an independent Director under the Company’s definition of independence.

Mr Moore is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
